I didn't spin it while in the air because I was unaware of it. It was on the road and it drive. If I just let off the brake and let it roll i can hear the sound, almost like one of the retainer clips catching on something. Only service done was replacing the front right rim with a...- Shadowless127

I doubt it's any type of vacuum solenoid, as it's a metallic sound. I will check the bearings.- Shadowless127

Once per full rotation there's a clicking noise, almost like something is catching as it comes around. Pads and rotors are in fantastic condition (Pads look brand new), cv joints look in good shape. cruise control light

Cracking sound in drivers door
Drown the door hinges in WD-40. Have had to do this to a handful of vehicles regardless of make or age. Hell, my dad's 09 Caddy CTS had this issue on the pass side door, except he made the dealer fix it under warranty.- Shadowless127

strange noise
if it did it over bumps, and turning right I'd be right with you on tire rub. But only doing it one way leads me to hub assembly especially since its a 2WD and you can't blame CV's.- Shadowless127

What's in store for 2013???
I heard rumblings of the Navigator getting the 3.5L Ecoboost, so that means the Expedition will probably also get it.
