I dont think an engine flush would be beneficial to your engine. I do recall my late father saying to me when I was a kid when I go with him at the gas station to have an oil change is that dont say yes if they offer you an engine flush because this will harm your engine. Just do more frequent oil changes.

Pouring an engine flush in your vehicle could cause big problems. Chunks of sludge could potentially clog small passages in the motor.
Pop off the valve cove and look how bad it is. Then go from there.
