    Spark Plugs changed 08 5.4L

    I am looking into changing my spark plugs in my 08 expedition. I was wondering with only 40,000 miles is it needed? Also do the 08 have the 2 piece spark plugs? What is a good brand to go with? I have seen Champion ones for $13.

    tire replacement

    I am looking into replacing my stock tires on my 08 expedition 2x4. I mainly drive it on the road and don't really need AT but like the look of them. Plus we get snow once in a while in the winter not much.

    Every once in awhile when you turn the wheel hard mostly to the right but does it both directions you can hear a loud pop.     I want to do a complete fluid change and cannot find much info on the 6r75 or 6r80 transmission filter change. Has anyone done their yet? If so where did you get the filter and what kind of fluid did you use? What about the diff fluid for the rear end only a 2wd?

    Best programmer???

    I have heard from several folks and most suggested 5startuning.com I looked on troyer performance but dont see anything for a 08 expedition. Did I just overlook it? What is the edge evo cost? SCT gives you around 20 hp at the tires according to the dyno sheet on 5startuning.com .

    Best programmer???

    I want to get a air intake and programmer but not sure which is the best. I think I'm going with a k&n 63 series cold air intake. The programmer is the question. I have seen several like edge, sct and superchip. I want one that can be upload with custom tunes but also comes with factory ones.
