Whining/Siren Noise
I'm not sure what it is and haven't in the 5 years of owning it figured it out, but what you describe is the same think by 02 does when ever it 20 degrees or below outside. How much gas your Expedition use?
I have a 02 XLT with 5.4 and 100% highway, 25.9 gallons to fill up (gas light activated) got me 349.7 miles before gas light came on again. which is roughly 13mpg. That's at 65-70mph.- K9JRF
