"Humming" Noise at Speed Driving me NUTS (25mph - 60mph)
I've got the same sound but it's all the time from 40Mph+, under throttle or not. The question I have is I checked both front wheels for play and they were both OK. Should I rule them out as the cause of the noise and focus on the rears or could they still be bad? My 4x4 also doesn't seem to...- racerx3317

LED interior and puddle lights?
Apparently normal. The current from the BCM is enough for them to glow according to other owners and the manufacturer. Go figure.- racerx3317

LED interior and puddle lights?
I haven't tried this on an expy, being that mine was totaled but I have LED bulbs in the map lights on my other car. They always have a slight glow with the car off. They never shut completely off. I asked and I was told that was normal with LEDs. It shouldn't be drawing any extra power though...- racerx3317

Thanks, I was just going down the stairs to work on the truck when I heard a loud crash. Had I been down there a minute earlier I could have been killed. The 05 is a 5.4. I have to confirm that the 03 is. It doesn't really matter to me being that I don't really tow or haul.- racerx3317

I'm actually leaning towards the 03. Unfortunately I can't really wait on it. My 2000 got totaled (RIP, I loved that truck) and I lose the rental car on Monday. I have to make a move quick. I hear some people don't care for the 3V engine. Wondering why- racerx3317
