Driver seat won't go forward or backward

No heat
I'm not getting any heat but I don't think it's the thermostat bc it warms up and shows that the temp is where it's supposed to be. I'm not sure if I need to get a radiator flush and have new coolant put in or what. Please help!- Gejsdad
