No heat

I'm not getting any heat but I don't think it's the thermostat bc it warms up and shows that the temp is where it's supposed to be. I'm not sure if I need to get a radiator flush and have new coolant put in or what. Please help!

check you inlet and outlet temps to the heater core you should feel if the hoses are getting hot both hoses should be hot to the touch if not you may have a blockage in the core
