new owner of 2000 4.6 xlt couple questions if you have some time
so here it goes. 2000 4.6 xlt 4R70W trans and 3.55 gears and a shit ton of rust that i ended up replacing the whole front radiator support (cut and weld in a new one) replacing all the brake lines and transmission lines and power steering lines and shocks and so on.. rust sucks
Bought a 2000 expedition Xlt 4.6 for 3 grand and went to do a oil change that same day And saw the radiator and ac condenser just laying on the frame. The bottom of the radiator support is gone lol. So looks like cutting out the old one and welding in a new radiator support is the way to...- expeditiondaily

Hi Everyone, just bought 2000 expedition xlt 4.6l .. thats about all i know about it. i've been trying to buy replacement parts but it seems like they vary alot.. even just getting rotors or wheel hubs, even engine vin's . the problems that i've been able to find so far. - rust where...- expeditiondaily
