    2002 Smoking

    smoking Thanks everyone. It had a fluid leak. Took to shop to get fixed. Well I spent 424.00 this time and 293.00 two weeks before on another problem. This better be it for a long time or it will be up for sale!! It only has 163,000 miles on it. I sure do like it better after the gas came down...

    2002 Smoking

    Have a 2002 Expedition. There is smoke coming from the rear like fluid is burning off. Does it for a certain time then stops. Just had Pinion Seal,Replaced right Axle seal,greased. Thought doing this would stop the smoke,but didn't. He didn't say anything was leaking and can't see any fluid...

    Heater Problems

    I HAVE A 2002 Expedition XLT 4.6. The heater only blows warm air out both front and back. Put on new thermostat but didn't help. Man at parts store said try a Heater Valve. Any thoughts on trying this? I will say that the air conditioner only gets cool in hot summer if this is any help to anyone...

    He did check the sensor hoses and they were clean. I just remembered that one of them was off and could not get it to fit snug when put pack on. Yes, sprayed starter fluid. It starts it then dies after about a minute.

    I will get husband to check fuel pressure. Will he have to have a certain tool for this. He can work on older cars without all the electronics that's on them these days. He may laugh at me for asking you this. You may too.

    I was waiting for train to go by and it acted like it was going to die so I turned it off. Would not start again. Pulled home put code tester on said p0401. Cleaned the sensor still won't start. Is there more than one and if so where? Put new fuel filter on and there was trash in it. Thought I...
