Clicking Rattling mirror

What is this part called?
I have been working on and learning about my 2001 Expedition as things break or make me nervous, but I haven't gotten to this yet. Brake Line Blocking Caliper Bolt (Front Passenger)
I have been changing the rotors and brake pads on my 2001 Expedition 4x4 today I am on the final one which is the front passenger side and the brake line is blocking the Top torx/star Bolt that I need to loosen. Anyone recognize this plug. Its near the oil filter
I dont know what this plug is on my 2001 Expedition 4x4 5.4 L. Its near the oil filter. There is another plug attached to it that is plugged in above the oil filter but i don't see any other outlet for this one. Sent from my SAMSUNG-SM-N920A using Tapatalk- iridius
