HELP ME!!
If you're a smoker or vaper, take the PCV hose off and blow into it..and look for smoke around the intake. it worked for me, when I had to replace my broken intake, it ran like absolute shit after.. come to find out, on those Dorman intakes, the PCV elbow snaps into the intake, and they do NOT...- Misfit

How To Remove Bulb Reading Light?
I used a little pick tool and was able to pop off the cover, same for the front ones in the overhead console. it's kinda hard, be careful not to scratch it all up or break it.- Misfit

Faint Hum - Wheel Bearing Not Tight Enough?
You can rent/borrow torque wrenches from most parts stores. Even buy pretty cheap at harbor freight..I'd do that, torque it to spec and see if the noise goes away or not. It could be the other wheel bearing, which is why I never replace just 1 of something like that, and never recommend people...- Misfit

front/rear sway bar questions
I'm wanting to replace the front sway bar bushings, but I'm seeing options for 33/37mm whatever size sway bars.. What's the most common size sway bar for a 2000 EB 4x4 5.4? Or how would be best to measure the one that's on it? And i noticed energy suspensions website says 22mm bar only for the...- Misfit

coolant under manifold
$900, they took you real good. That sucks. I had this same problem last winter, went outside, cranked the truck to let it warm up, came outside 15 mins later, steam all over the place, a river of coolant across the parking lot.. popped the hood, and the whole intake valley was full of coolant...- Misfit

I've actually found what the problem is, I could have sworn my truck had factory signal mirrors but it did not. It has heated mirrors with no signal, but it has the option of the memory mirrors for an additional driver. But all of the mirrors I had been able to find had the wrong plug. I... -
