    Santa brought me the Weathertech cargo mat with bumper cover (will be great for skiing!). I use the Ford mat on the shelf and the Weathertech on the bottom. I set the box of winter driving gear over the open hole on the left.

    I had a similar problem. Turned out a wire inside was in the way. Dealer moved the wire and the problem was solved.
