    I have an 04 expedition 4.6L. I have a wet passenger floor board. I dont have a sun roof. I cant find/see the ac drain tube. Does anyone have pictures and some instructions on clearing. I did a search on the forum and I have seen posts that explain it but pictures are no longer available.

    Bench tested the starter. Starter engages and gear spins. When I attach the cables, The starter engages (gear pops out) but it doesnt spin

    The valve appears to be working. If I zip tie it closed it stays cool. There is no noise like the blend door is trying to open or close.

    Backfire is gone and no more codes. I'm not concerned about the wires so much but the rubber lines for the AC pressing against the O2 sensor.

    Looks like the previous owner put a custom exhaust on the expy. What that did was change the location of the O2 sensor. Once the exhaust was installed there wasn't enough room for the O2 sensor and the firewall/body. I'm guessing he just decided to plug the hole and snip the wires. I...

    Thanks for all the replies. I went to test the O2 sensor and found the wiring harness was cut and no O2 sensor. Fixed the harness and a new O2 sensor has been installed. No more codes. My main concern is that the O2 sensor is pressing against one of the ac lines going to the rear ac. Should...

    I hooked up my reader and its showing 0.0000V reading for my O2 sensor in both the freeze frame and the live data. Doesn't matter how I rev the engine, the O2 sensor still reads 0.0000V.

    I cleared the codes last night and drove around and the only code that came back was the P2195. I looked at the live data and the freeze frame and it looks to be in a lean state. I've never tried to "Wake up" an O2 sensor. Can you tell me how to do this?
