04 - EGR and other Codes

Have an 04 with about 217k miles.
Just had a Cylinder bank issue and my mechanic replaced the spark plug and coil with new Motorcraft coil and plug, no problem….

Now I’m getting those codes in the picture…

Are they related and any ideas to fix before I take it to my mechanic?

We just purchased 2023 Limited Stealth Edition bcuz we knew days like this were coming for my Big Gurl.

Any feedback is much appreciated. Want to hold on to Big Gurl as long as I can….

The quick and easy is to throw a new DPFE sensor on it. But also inspect the two vapor/vacuum lines connected to it. Make sure they're not torn or deteriorated . The DPFE is located on the driver's side of the throttle body area.
