Hello everyone, I have an 06 Ford Expedition 4wd with Blisten shocks and my front wheels are 4in and rear 7in. And I want to lower my vehicle with aftermarket lowering Springs at least the rear. Has anybody else had this problem with the rear being 7 inch gap between the the wheel well and Tire? Are my factory springs worn out @130,000 miles for being that stretched out? Also I have installed a sway bar on the rear, it's a Helwigs. Blisten shocks are very strong to make truck raise high like this. Installation was 2 years ago and still no change of leveling out. Any suggestions?20171127_081800.jpg 20171127_081745.jpg 20171127_081905.jpg 20171127_081852.jpg

Did you by chance check measurements before you changed shocks? The reason I ask is because the shocks shouldn't be pushing anything up. Shocks are just to absorb shock, the springs set the height unless shocks were the wrong size.

Oh wait... just noticed your problem. The lower spring seat is upside down. It should slide over the sliver support ring. Picture on the left is how it should be, picture on the right is how yours are sitting.
