Has anyone done this?
Judging by the picture of the 07-10 emblem (taken from eBay), it appears to be about 10 inches which would cover the holes behind the stock 1st gen emblems--at least the expedition part, I don't think they're wide enough for the eddie bauer/xlt part.
Here's what I'm trying to do... I'm trying to replace the emblems we made with the newer emblems because I like them better. I'd like to know how tall or wide the 07-10 emblems are? For my application, it would have to be 1 1/4 inches to cover the 1st gen "expedition" part and the little bar below it.
