19 Limited climate control does not regulate heat output. After heating up, the heater continues to give hot, hot air.

My 19 Expedition, 33,380miles, has uncontrolled climate control knobs. Everyday I set heat on the control knob and after it gets to desired temperature, it keeps blowing HOT air and doesn't stop. Dealer says many have this problem and there is no fix for it???? This has been repaired once but still does the same thing. (replaced some sort of pigtail)
Today, the climate control knobs stopped displaying selected temperature. Tried Ford chat line, no idea standard answer.... go to a dealer.
Last month the automatic tailgate closing button quit working??? Not impressed with this on a vehicle with so few miles..
