So I replaced all coil packs and injectors, egr tube, new exhaust system and she runs great. However, I did have to pop off the fuel rail on drivers side to get the one coil pack out. The problem is that I now have a 5-10 second crank time to start.

I never had that before. Used to fire right up. So I must have done something to cause this. O-rings are fine, rail does not leak... What is the round thing on the rail where it looks like a vacuum line goes to?

Any ideas as to what I did?

Thanks

Sounds like a fuel pressure regulator. Check the connections to the regulator and possibly a disconnected joint in the line.
