1999 Exd grill swap with 1999 F150 black honeycomb?

I have seen this on the streets. I want to do the same. I have been told that the grilles for the 1999 F150 and the 1999 Expedition are interchangeable. Is this true...........Thank you..

I think so, but I've never done it myself so I can't say for sure. If you do it let us know how it went and take some pics.
