2004 Factory Eddie Bauer wheels/tires

So to swap out the sensors from my factory wheels to my 24's all i would need is the new bands? What would i be replacing twice a year?

Since you are in Texas and not in snow country you wouldn't have to worry about it unless you change out your rims in the winter months like all the people up north have to do.
