2012 expedition wont shift from park, electronics wont work

It won't shift from park and the lights flicker and no electronics will work there is also a clicking sound coming from the dash and the buttons on the key fob won't work...what could the issue be?

I think the OP figured out they had a bad vehicle battery and didn’t have the courtesy to return and update their post?

battery is good, perhaps ground, still diagnosing
