2012 Limited 2 issues..please help

Hello all,

My rear A/C was blowing warm and the blend door accuator was clicking. Changed with Motorcraft replacement part. Clicking stopped, but still warm AC. Front AC is cold.

Rear Power liftgate. The bracket which holds the rod in place broke the ear off the plastic retainer. has anyone changed the bracket and rod? Any tips on how to remove the rear interior panels would be appreciated as I dont see any screws/clips to remove...Thanks in advance.

I'm not sure if it applies to the rear A/C servo, but when replacing the front, it is necessary to pull a fuse for a minute or so in order to reset and retrain the computer regarding the replaced module.
