Hey guys would 4.10's really be good for a 06 exp. with the 5.4? I mean what will the take off feel like? do you have to upgrade the bearings and other things?

Ring and Pinion, plus the nut at a minimum. I would overhaul the entire rear end and front end if I had any significant miles (over 100K).

4.10's is a low gear what's the PROS and CONS?

Pros:
Improved acceleration
Improved multiplied power (IE feels like you have more power under load)
Depending on tire size improved fuel economy.

Cons:
Higher engine RPM on highway
Depending on tire size decreased fuel economy.

If you are jumping from 3.73s to 4.10s I would probably advise against it however if you are going from 3.31 or 3.55s I would say it's quite a noticeable difference.

I would use only OE gears if at all possible, I've run a lot of different brands in the past and even when they are set up properly you can still get noise that isn't present with the OE Ring and Pinions.
