So my '07 Expo has the standard 4-pin plug only. Well my boat trailer has the 5-pin plug since it has trailer brakes. I noticed that my Expo has the blue wire capped off from the factory. I went to E-trailer and bought this. I spliced it in using the provided scotch lock but it does not work. Is there something I'm missing?

Thanks,

hey, don't know if you have fixed this already but I will offer my input. I had the same issue with my Toyota FJ Cruiser. I bought the wiring kit from the Uhaul Dealer (like $10). I had to go up through the back of car to the tail lights and hook the extra wire (blue I think) to the reverse brake lights. It was aggrevating, but I was glad I did. Much better than the alternative (riding with no trailer brakes and dealing with the block and bungee).
