97 5.4L Expedition Mileage

2000 EB 5.4 w/ 150000. I get 16.7 mpg mixed. I have been getting this since I bought it at 30000 miles. Just recently put a full exhaust and will get an intake soon. Also running original plugs, coils, and o2 sensors. I had a feeling I was getting pretty good mileage, but not this good.

That is awesome mileage for those parts being original.

I average 11.2 around town with 20 percent of my driving on the highway. flatout highway at 75 i get around 13.8

I have an 03 and I only get 12mpg city and 16mpg highway.

I just changed my fuel filter last week, and ran seafoam through the gas tank. I get 15mpg overall average

I beat on mine and get 13-14 around town and 16-19 on the HWY depending on how fast I am driving.....
This is on premium though so if i was tuned for regular probably subtract 1-1.5MPG..
