97 EB w/ Air Suspension, checking ride height

97 EB w/ Air Suspension. The compressor has been coming on w/ more frequency and the 'check suspension' light illuminates from time to time.

Does anyone have the stock ride height or distance measured between the top of the tires and the wheel well clearance?

Also, outside of stock replacement parts, does anyone know of an aftermarket company that makes air suspension replacement parts that will fit w/out modification?

It sounds like you may have a leak. My compressor comes on when I put it in drive. Check this thread out http://www.expeditionforum.com/f47/air-suspension-15692/ You can swap out the air for springs and shocks. Im going to go this route soon. Found it for 200 on amazon.

oh yes def do the swap for the coils... my air ride is a pain and i plan on doing the swap very soon...

Your truck looks like it is lifted. What did you use , considering that you are still on the sir suspension, right?

Three inch body lift. torsion bar twist. I also took the air ride sensors and adjusted them to go higher. If you look under my post I did a write up on how to adjust the sensors.
