97 Expedition Heater Core

I am trying to find a good break down on how to change my heater core since mine just went out. I am going outside right now to tear apart the console and dash to get to it, so if anyone can help me out I would appreciate it.

Thanks! Actually I don't have one I can use, the other car my husband uses for work so I have to have this truck done so that I have a way to tote my kids around.
