I had my rear heater core leaking coolant on my 2011 ford exp., so I bypassed the heater lines under the hood temporarily, see photo attached. My heater hoses under hood has a little crust around fittings so when I change heater core I’ll change hoses. Very easy to do to get you out of a bind. 2- 3/4 inch brass elbows and 3/4 heater hose and hose clamps. On the road again.
