99 expo tuner benifits

I'm sure its in here I haven't really found it. I have read for the 03 expos that the tuners will benifit greatly. I have not read much benifit about the 99 model benifiting. Can anyone tell me what to expect along with which model I should go with? I am a fan of the evolution tuner with the stats on it. But wat would you recomend. It doesn't really bother to me the price anything under 400 would be nice but I can't put a price on performance. thanks for your help

Sounds like a job for SuperMatt. I know he's got a tune for the 03's. He made a custom tune for my 98 Expedition, and it's awesome. Improves power quite a bit.
