If you don't care about the headphones not saying Ford on them, the Audiovox wireless headphones work fine.

i don't see where they will work on anything '08 and newer. any leads for the newer vehicles?

As long as the system is using IR for transmitting, Audiovox IR headphones will work fine. If worried about it, you can get the dual channel ones. I haven't seen a system the dual channel ones haven't worked with yet.
