Aftermaket nav install ant to keep oem dvd

I am going to replace my factory nav in my 04 expo with a aftermarket unit . What do i have to do to keep the oem dvd in the rear working? Will it still play through the speakers in the truck?

I want to do the same thing. I have the 03 Expy EB with the rear DVD. Let me know if you find anything out about connecting the rear dvd to an aftermarket nav.
