Mine is a sync non touch, just wanted to see if the touch would swap since the original radio screen went black on me.
No. After 2010 the CAN BUS connections for the radio changed so the NAV unit would need to be from a 2010 or newer then programmed to the VIN in your Expy to be properly recognized. You'd also need to install the extra factory amp, additional wiring harness, SWC switch module, and wiring harness to route the factory camera from the mirror to the NAV unit (end up with both displays working). The total cost to do this is about $1500 with the entire kit made by Infotainment in Orlando that includes a refurbished and programed radio (https://infotainment.com/shop/interior-accessories/infotainment-radio-upgrades/f-bdls1nav09-k1/). You'd also be working with 10+ year old technology, NAV with no recent updates, no CarPlay/Android Auto, and the glitchy Sync system.

For about half that, you can go the Crutchfield route and get a modern audio system and adapters.

For either, the camera reroute harness is a must for getting the camera to display on the dash unit: https://infotainment.com/shop/exter...-view-mirror-backup-camera-image-reroute-kit/
