Best spot to bypass rear heater core

Hello all
2000 Eddie Bauer and my rear heater core is leaking
For now i just want to bypass that thing, so i was wondering where would be the best spot to cut and put a tee?

If your going to fix it pull the lines off the core In the back and patch them together
