Billet grill

I just purchased a billet grillfor my 98 expo, and i having trouble removing the stock grille. I removed the two two bolts on top and nothing happens. I was wondering if i'm missing a step or what, someone please help.

The grille is also supported by some snaps that hold it in place besides the 2 screws. You have to carefully pull on it or if you can fit your hand between there push it out (this is if you want to keep the original if not just yank the old one off and dont worry if it breaks)
