Hello,
I have been having issues with my rear air ride suspension. My second replacement air compressor has failed me now. To get it up and running the last time I disconnected the air ride compressor after pumping it up to a comfortable ride height. I also disconnected the solenoids at the airbags in the rear so it will not drop air on its own. It is an old vehicle and I do not want to spend the money to change out the system to springs.
Does anyone know how to remove or bypass the solenoids so I can just add air to it when needed without putting it on a hoist.

Your air ride may be leaking air already. That's the reason your compressor burned out due to overheating.
