Changing spark plugs in '97 5.4

I use motorcraft plugs every 90k-100k miles. I’ve got 240k miles now and won’t need to change them till 300k.

Isn't it nice that some of the new plugs like iridium and platinum can go for up to 200,000 km or 150,000 miles +/-?
Some of the modern plug jobs are 'stand on your head' workouts, so in my case at 255,000 miles, I may never have to do it again.
