I bought some pacesetter headers off ebay over a year ago and just got around to trying to fit them. Was deployed most of last year.
Anyways Ebay seller had them listed to fit a 97 Expo and I figured I would give it a try, not holding my breath. Well the driver side fits just fine. Its the passenger side that would require some work to fit. There is enough room but the pipes would need to be cut and rerouted, which is something I can not do. What looks to be the problem is where the starter mounts sticks out real far and the frame get in the way of putting the header in. It just about fits but no-go without modifications.
Figured I would post this up for others to learn from.
