conversion from coil spring rear to leaf spring rear

haven't heard or seen it done..... but it probably could be done if you really wanted to redo the rear

I saw it done in a online magazine, and seeing that a expedition is like 80% f150. I dont think it would be that hard to install leaf springs. Why do you want to though?
