Dash panel lights

For the 2000 model, are there lamps behind the climate controls? If so, then mine are not happening. But before I look into it, I wanted to find out if I was supposed to have lights there.

I actually just did this last night on my 99. Removing the cluster will expose 4 wire harnesses and 2 bulbs.

Assuming you have a manual control system and not auto.

BTW, they are the same bulbs as the license plate. 198/164
