Absolutely. I used the following:
* Melling BT403 Stock Replacement Timing Chain Tensioner: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B004A66EIW
* Melling BT402 Stock Replacement Timing Chain Tensioner: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B004A6DP98
* Melling Hi Volume Oil Pump 4.6 5.4 Modular Ford 20% more volume than stock, Model Number: M340HV: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0799R3K78
Some added items that were unrelated to the oil pump and tensioners that I as well purchased to do some engine bay cleanup:
* Genuine Ford 9L1Z-8311-A Air Deflector: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B00FZFT8I0
* Ford, Air DEFLECTOR, BL1Z-8310-A: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B008Y8CROC
* Design Engineering 010480 Cell Saver Battery Insulation Kit: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B000MY0MQ6
Still running very well after 300 or so miles. Prior to the upgrade, there was a noticeable "tap tap tap" when the engine first started that would only be audible after the truck sat for a while. It would only last about .2 seconds or so. That is now gone. I believe it to have been the chains barely hitting the timing cover before pressure would build.
