Driver's power seat is not working.

I have a 2016 Ford Expedition EL XLT. The driver's power seat doesn't work at all. Can't move up/down or forward/back. I've checked the relay, they looks good. What's else it's possible wrong? I checked the wiring, they are tightened. The passenger's seat works fine.

Mine was acting up. Took me 5 minutes to pop off the front and side covers. One Torx bit screw. I picked up a repop part from Amazon it was around 15 bucks. Working great now. There's a pretty good YouTube video on how to disassemble and get to the switch. Typically the motors do not go out
