Electrical issue

ok, i have a 2001 eddiebauer expedition. i have an electrical:troll: and im not sure what the cause is. the accessory port in my dash for cell phone chargers and the like does not provide any power to devices. there is a port behind my center console which provides power noproblems. i have tried several different devices any ideas expedition owners?????

I JUST replaced my fuses today. If yours is similar to mine, you need to just find out what amp your fuse is, head down to AutoZone or any car fixture place like that and buy a little package of fuses for like, 3 bucks. And BAM! Fixed.
