Because there is no fluid pressure in drive, it looks like something internal was damage in the transmission. When the pump is turning, the fluid seems to be leaking out somewhere; big enough leak to get little to no pressure.
Next step, I would try to take it to a transmission repair shop and see if they have any thoughts. Be sure to tell them all the tests you've done (and the pressure readings)

Thank you Joseph. My next step is I'm gonna drop the pan and take a look for any debris. I've had other vehicles with trannys go out before, but this is the first where there isn't the slightest bit of difference in noise or vibration between Neutral and in-gear.

Sorry for late reply! Phone been out of commission. To respond, not anything extreme, I would say. Some sludge an a few bits, but I have seen worse in other pans with operating transmissions. I'm gonna see about taking a look at the range sensor, but I'm unsure how that would effect pressure.

I am interested in learning about how this problem turned out. My '04 (5.4) did nearly the same thing, suddenly just started slipping then as I pulled into my driveway it just stopped going forwards but backs up beautifully. I had to go out and get more transportation but the expi is out behind the barn awaiting a solution. I have no idea where to begin.

Sorry for the possible hijack.
