Fog light

I have a 2011 Navigator and when I hit the high beams the fog lights turn off. There was a relay I was able to modify in my old truck to stop this. Is there a way to stop it on my Navigator?

This has been posted here numerous times and elsewhere as well, but I have yet to see anyone pull it off on this or similar model years. It's been a project on my to-do list for awhile, but it's kind of bottom of the list. I just picked up some new fogs though, so I may have to actually look into it this time.
