Wheeling bearing perhaps? The have a howling type sounds when going out.

Well, take it to a tech with an ASE patch then. I have no idea what the sound you're hearing is, since I haven't heard it myself. If you are claiming it's not the new all terrain tires you have, then I have nothing else to suggest. Sorry, bro.
