Gauges inoperable everything else works fine

Tried the beating method lol. And when I pulled the cluster to replace the missing bulbs I wiggled all the connections and tried to get any kind of movement out if any of the needles but nada... And the code thing thing is still bothering me ...cheap reader or not it should pull at least some sort of code with 3 warning lights on lol

Tried the smacking dash method lol no dice. I'm wondering if the cluster was replaced with a 97 because I read they are pinned differently? How would I get a picture of which pins go to which gauges
