Even if you ignore all the talk and banter about extended oil changes and types of oil, the information on the multiple oil screens is invaluable. Like for instance, you had turbos replaced or need new turbos. If they didn't clean the screens, you'll be back again for the same failure. Also, I wonder if it's worth pulling the cam phasers and cleaning them as part of general maintenance?
