heat range sparkplug 5.4L '98 eddie bauer

Hello,

I want to change the sparkplugs, have no idea how lang the have been in there so far.
At the moment he has double platinum NGK I believe.
Does anyone knows what heatrange the sparkplugs must be?
On carpartswholesale the recommend sparkplugs in the heatraneg 7 and 9 and 16. What's wright?

9 is standard, as low as 7 might work but check with a sales rep from the place you are buying
