For around 100 bucks im stoked about this writeup cause it makes a big differance in your frontend.

1st i got a paintable grill that fit my year model truck off ebay for around 80.00 with free shipping lol

2nd I sanded it with 1000 grit sandpaper, then wiped it down with mineral spirits

Next i used color matching duplicolor paint and duplicolor clear coat in the can. 2 coats of paint and 3 coats of clear= the cans are small

Next I taped off the outer surround then painted the center satin black

Next I removed the stock grill chrome/bling bling

Looks nice. I didn't know you could get a chrome grill... Putting it back to the stock color looks way better. Good job.

yup. i have a chrome grill. i just hate the grill its self! not the surround. that little indent in the middle kills the flow. but that looks real good. i like your head lights as well.

Trey= color code is on the driver door and they have the color you are looking for on the cans with the color code on the cap at autozone, 1 can of paint did 2 coats and 1 1/2 cand of clear did 3 coats, then the next day i waxed it with my favorite wax = p21s.
