How to clean rearview camera?

It is gonna be a week of rain in the NY area. Last night when I was trying to back off the car out of my driveway. the rearview camera was blurry and not able to see anything in the dark. I almost run over my neighbor's Ferrari. I tried to turn the inner circle on the wiper control stick forward and backward. But not able to turn on the spray cleaner under the camera. Does anyone know how to use it? Thank you!

You need to hold the rear glass spray on for a few seconds before the one for the camera activates. It waste more fluid than necessary on the back glass but it generally does a decent job of cleaning the camera.

Just wish the Expy had a jet for the front camera.
